Mississippi-born Peggy Bellar left for New York City as a young girl with $250 in her pocket and a dream. Her passion for life—gardening, cooking, reading, writing, music, yoga—is what eventually led her to the Catskills, where she is an enthusiastic community leader and area promoter, active on many local boards and organizations. Prior experience directing a national nonprofit in NYC and comprehensive knowledge of the local market and trends give Peggy professionalism, drive, and a keen feel for the real estate business. At the core, she is a people-person; exceptional at helping her clients find what they’re looking for.
